23rd March 2006 was a landmark date for Tower of Lebanon. Having acquired the
details for the Paddy Master Degree it was decided that we would try to make
this an annual event following the March Communication in conjunction with Woodvale
572.
Permission was sought from the Grand Leprechaun to establish a new Shebeen within
the confines of the Festive Board held immediately after St. Patrick's Day.
The traditional meal of Irish Stew with bread rolls, tea/coffee was consumed.
Immediately after the tables were cleared and the W. Masters of 169 and 572
were called to the Chairs and permission for the Shebeen to be opened was given.
At this point the Representative of the Grand Leprechaun was admitted who read
the permission slips to establish a new Shebeen and install the first recorded
Paddy Masters.

The Grand Leprechaun was toasted the toast being properly replied to by the
Representative. The Next Merry Shebeen was then drunk to and the Shebeen was
correctly closed.
